The art ofperformance.

Individual online coaching for people who want to get stronger, improve their physical capacity, perform better in sport or return to full training after rehabilitation. The programme is built around your goals, current capacity and the demands of your real week.

Your training, with a memory.

TrainHeroic keeps the plan, the work you actually complete, the loads you use and the feedback around it connected over time. I use that record and its context to decide what should happen next.

WHO IT IS FOR

Coaching for performance, physical capacity and return to training.

COACHING EMPHASIS Strength & Capacity

The starting point changes, but the process does not: understand what you need, build the missing capacity, and progress toward the activities that matter to you.

    THE PROCESS

    Coaching, delivered online.

TrainHeroic handles the day-to-day delivery and keeps a continuous record of the work. My role is to understand the context around that record, make the programming decisions and adjust the plan as your training, recovery and life change.

    01

    Understand the person

We start with your training history, goals, schedule, sport or main activity, available equipment, previous injuries and current physical capacity. Context comes before prescription.

    02

    Build the plan

Your training is organised around the week you actually have — work, sport, running, gym and recovery — rather than asking everything else to fit around the programme.

    03

    Train in TrainHeroic

Sessions, exercise videos, prescribed loads and completed work stay together in TrainHeroic. You can see what you did last time, what is planned today and how the programme has progressed over time.

    04

    Feedback & video

Loads and reps tell us what happened. RPE, comments, questions and video add context — how it felt, how it looked and what changed around the session.

    Adjust

What comes next depends on the work that was done and the context around it. Sometimes the right call is to progress. Sometimes it is to hold steady, reduce the work or change something. The point is to keep the training appropriate to the person and the situation.

    COACHING APPROACH

    Built with intent.

Reality is complex. The athlete’s experience shouldn’t have to be.

Training should be detailed enough to solve the problem and simple enough to follow consistently. Exercises are tools. What matters is choosing the right exercise, dose, sequence and timing.

Use complexity only when it adds value.

Basic methods are often enough. More specialised methods make sense when they solve a specific problem better. The aim is not to make training look advanced; it is to make it effective, understandable and repeatable.

    PRIVATE COACHING

Individual coaching, adapted to different goals.

    Is this the right fit?

    • A good fit for structured strength and physical-capacity development
    • A good fit for returning to full training after rehabilitation
    • A good fit for physical preparation and performance in sport
    • Not intended for acute injury diagnosis or emergency medical care
    • Not intended as one-off passive treatment

    ABOUT

Strength & conditioning, sport science and physiotherapy in one coaching process.

My background sits somewhere between physiotherapy, strength and conditioning, and applied sport science. Alongside my own coaching, I work within the AC Sparta Praha academy and in a sport-performance laboratory, which keeps me close to both the day-to-day reality of coaching and the more structured, analytical side of testing and performance in elite sport. That combination is what shapes the way I coach: connecting those different environments in practice, understanding the person in front of me, the demands around them, and what is actually worth doing next.

The starting question is simple: what do you want your body to be able to do? From there, the job is to identify what is limiting that goal and build the physical qualities needed to move toward it.
